Privacy Policy

The short version: Your trade data is never stored, sold, or used for any purpose beyond generating your analysis. We collect only your email address when you choose to unlock your full report. That email is added to the Stocks & Futures Trading newsletter list, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
1. Who We Are

TradeTruth is a product of Stocks & Futures Trading ("we," "us," or "our"), an independent trading intelligence platform operated at stocksandfuturestrading.com. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and handle your information when you use TradeTruth.

2. Trade Data — What We Do and Don't Do

We do not store your trade data. When you submit trades for analysis, that data is transmitted directly to our AI processing layer, analyzed in real time, and immediately discarded. No trade history, position data, P&L information, or any other financial data you enter into TradeTruth is written to a database, logged, retained, or used for any purpose beyond generating your report in that session.

Once you close your browser or start a new session, your trade data is gone. We have no record of it and no ability to retrieve it.

3. Information We Collect

Email address. If you choose to unlock your full analysis report, we ask for your email address. This email is added to the Stocks & Futures Trading newsletter list managed through AWeber. You will receive trading-related content and can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

Payment information. If you subscribe to TradeTruth Pro, your payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details. Stripe handles all payment processing and their privacy policy applies to payment data.

Usage data. We collect anonymous usage data including page views, session duration, and general feature usage via standard web analytics. This data contains no personally identifiable information and is used solely to improve the product.

IP address. We log IP addresses for rate limiting purposes — specifically, to enforce the one free analysis per visitor policy. IP logs are not linked to any personally identifiable information and are not retained beyond 30 days.

4. How We Use Your Email

Your email address is used for the following purposes only:

  • To deliver the Stocks & Futures Trading newsletter, which includes trading insights, market commentary, and product updates.
  • To send transactional emails related to your TradeTruth Pro subscription, if applicable (receipts, renewal reminders, account notices).

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

TradeTruth uses the following third-party services:

  • Anthropic (Claude AI): Trade data submitted for analysis is processed by Anthropic's API. Anthropic's usage policies prohibit the use of API inputs for training purposes. Data sent to the API is subject to Anthropic's privacy policy.
  • Netlify: Our hosting provider. Standard server logs may be retained per Netlify's data retention policies.
  • AWeber: Email marketing platform. Your email address is stored in AWeber's systems when you subscribe. AWeber's privacy policy governs how they handle that data.
  • Stripe: Payment processing for Pro subscriptions. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.
6. Data Security

All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS. We do not store sensitive financial data. Your email address is stored in AWeber's secure systems, which maintain their own security certifications and compliance standards.

7. Your Rights

You may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. To request deletion of your email from our list, contact us at [email protected]. Because we do not store trade data, there is nothing to delete with respect to your financial information.

8. Children's Privacy

TradeTruth is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information to our service, please contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of TradeTruth after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
